Summary
The experiments showed that soluble antigens of the fungus agents occur in the tissues of mice infected with Cryptococcus neoformans and with Sporotrichum schenckii, and that these antigens are readily detectable by tests with appropriate antiserums. Soluble antigen was found also in the blood of Cryptococcus-infected mice.
