Summary
A mixture of the 10 indispensable amino acids has been injected intravenously in normal human male subjects and the plasma levels of these 10 acids as well as the urinary excretion, prior and at various intervals subsequent to the injection, were determined microbiologically. The pattern of amino acids excreted is shown to bear no relationship to that infused.
