Summary
Relaxin containing extracts of the ovaries of pregnant sows and of the blood of pregnant rabbits possess an antidiuretic action in the rabbit. Some evidence is presented to indicate that the antidiuretic activity parallels the relaxin activity of the preparations used in the present study.
