Summary
The effect of 4-amino-N10-methyl-pteroylglutamic acid in prolonging the survival time of mice with transplanted leukemia Ak 4 can be blocked almost completely by prior administration of 10 to 20 times as much pteroylglutamic acid and, to a lesser degree, by 17 to 125 times as much pteroyltri-glutamic acid.
