Summary
Substances of common antigenic character occurring in brain, heart, liver, and muscle can also be demonstrated in the primitive streak and neurula stages of the chick embryo. These substances are distinguishable from the antigens of blood and yolk by absorption and precipitin tests and are apparently soluble in saline.
