Summary
The storage of intraperitone-ally injected carmine in Kupffer cells of the liver and in the spleens was examined in mice belonging to two inbred strains. Quantitative and qualitative differences were observed which indicated an inferior dye-storing ability of C3H animals as compared with C57B mice.
