Conclusions
Aluminum penicillin in oil effectively combats induced pneumococcus infection in mice. Compared with calcium penicillin in oil or sodium penicillin in peanut oil and beeswax preparation, the aluminum penicillin in oil is more effective on a unit for unit basis.
