Summary
Sodium salicylate has been found to inhibit the spreading effect of hy-1 aluronidase in vivo. Hyaluronidase derived from CI. perfringens and bull testis was also inhibited by sodium salicylate in vitro. The concentrations necessary for in vitro inhibition are considerably higher than those obtained in vivo.
