Summary
1. The lymphocytoxic effect of the nitrogen mustards will not produce an anamnestic reaction or summation of the antibody titre in the rabbit.
2. Pretreatment and concurrent administration of nitrogen mustard suppress the antibody response to typhoid antigen.
