Summary
Urethane induced glomerular lesions in NH mice, an inbred strain which is susceptible to the spontaneous development of glomerulonephritis. Mice with the urethane-induced glomerular alterations exhibited renal insufficiency, albuminuria, edema, and depressed plasma protein levels. One case evidenced hypercholesterolemia.
