Summary
In rats, the acute lethal action of tartar emetic is significantly reduced by the administration of BAL. BAL increases the mortality rate in rats receiving Fuadin, Neostam or Neostibosan. The mortality rate in rats given large doses of Stibanose is not reduced by BAL.
