Conclusions
We viere able to demonstrate any vitro or in vivo effect of penicillin on the blood coagulation reaction. No signiiicant changes Tyere observed in coagulation time, clot retraction, prothrombin concentration. fibrinogen concentration, platelet count or bleeding time of normal or hemophiliac subjects.
