Conclusions
These experiments demonstrated the efficiency of the peritoneal membrane as a mode of excretion in renal insufficiency. The effectiveness of the natural dialyzor provided by coelio-anastomosis suggests the feasibility of developing an artificial dialyzing mechanism.
