Summary
Our results would seem to indicate that pyridoxine can bring about a rapid and significant rise in the number of circulating granulocytes in the blood in human subjects after a depression caused by thio-uracil. Although there is a large element of self recovery after removal of the toxic agent there seems to be no doubt that the recovery process is much accelerated by pyridoxine.
