Summary
In 5 dogs premedicated with morphine and scopolamine and anesthetized with cyclopropane, 2-methyl amino heptane (EA-1) caused sinus and auricular paroxysmal tachycardia, and ventricular premature beats. Ventricular paroxysmal tachycardia and auricular and ventricular fibrillations were not observed.
