Summary
Sulfanilamide and sodium sulfathiazole in non-toxic doses prolonged the survival of the anaerobic activity of the respiratory center of young rats and increased the overall energy release. Neither sodium sulfadiazine nor sodium sulfamerazine acted similarly.
