Summary
An irregular agglutinin found in the serum of an Rh-positive mother of an erythroblastic child sired by an Rh-negative father is described in this communication. This agglutinin differs‡ from that designated as anti-Hr by Levine, because it agglutinated all Rh-positive as well as Rh-negative blood samples.
