Summary
The plasma antithromboplastin seems to act on the cephalin moiety of the thromboplastic lipoprotein. Hemophilic plasma exerts a greater effect on cephalin than normal plasma. Normal plasma to which a certain amount of protamine has been added behaves towards cephalin and thromboplastin like hemophilic plasma.
