Abstract
Conclusions
In a group fo 19 elderly individuals with gray hair, a significant color change was noted during a period of intensive vitamin therapy in only 2 individuals; these subjects received both calcium pantothenate and para-aminobenzoic acid, together with brewer's yeast. Both were men. The fact that the only 2 substantiated results occurred in the group receiving both calcium pantothenate and para-aminobenzoic acid may be of importance. Some questionable changes were noted when one or the other drug was given alone.
