Summary
The electrophoretic pattern of the cerebrospinal fluid proteins resembles that of the plasma. Alterations in the composition of the serum proteins produce similar changes in the spinal fluid patterns. Colloidal gold activity in pathological fluids is associated with the gamma globulin.
