Summary
1. P-aminobenzoic acid (given subcutaneously) was found capable of nullifying the curative effect of sulfapyridine (given per os) for type I pneumococcus infection in mice. 2. P-aminobenzoic acid had no observable effect upon the immediate fatal toxicity of sulfapyridine for mice.
