Summary
The effect of A.T.10 on prevention of rickets in rats differs according to the ricketogenic diet fed. Rickets caused by high-calcium-low-phosphorus diets was not prevented by a non-toxic amount of A.T.10 which protected rats fed low-calcium-high-phosphorus diets.
