Summary
The symptoms of vitamin B6 (2-methyl, 3-hydroxy, 4,5-di-(hydroxymethyl) pyridine) deficiency in chicks consist of slow-growth, depressed appetite and inefficient utilization of food, followed in some cases by spasmodic convulsions and death.
