Abstract
Summary and Conclusions
1. The urine of patients with aplastic anemia contains no lysin for erythrocytes when tested directly. 2. Lysin appears after hydrolysis at pH 1 and 100°C for 1 hour. 3. Such hydrolysis does not result in the production of lysin in urines which are non-lytic normally.
