Conclusions
During the period of hunger contractions the periphery is parasympathetically oriented. Following an intracutdneous or intramuscular injection of aolan, a peripheral sympathetic status is initiated (leukopenia—body temperature increased) and with it a cessation of stomach contractions takes place.
