Summary
Treatment of mouse embryonic fibroblasts with mouse interferon enhances the expression of surface histocompatibility antigens as demonstrated by quantitative absorption of anti-H2 sera. Interferon exerts a differential effect on the expression of H-2D, H-2K and Ia antigens.
