Abstract
Summary
The clinical and serological testing of a groups A, C, and Y meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine is described. Some minor reactions were observed. High levels of bactericidal antibody to all three components were observed in 90% of the individuals 3 weeks after receiving the vaccine.
