Summary
51CrCl3-labeled soluble immunoglobulin G complexes have been shown to have similar precipitation characteristics to unlabeled complexes in the presence of increasing amounts of macromolecular rheumatoid factor. Complement depletion of high-titer rheumatoid sera did not appear to influence these interactions which may be important components of rheumatoid inflammation.
