Abstract
Summary
Comparison of immunoglobu-lin allotypes were studied in a group of patients with pigeon breeder's disease and in similarly exposed but asymptomatic individuals. The study revealed that the disease is not correlated with immunoglobulin allotypes. Furthermore, the phenotype Gm(a; g) was not associated with high levels of serum antibodies to pigeon antigens.
