Summary
Rabbit anti-human brain anti-sera were found cytotoxic for mouse thymus, lymph node, and spleen cells. Absorption with human thymus cells removed some of the cytotoxic antibodies. Cross-reactions were also detected among human brain and thymus and mouse brain, liver, and erythro-cytes.
