Summary
GVHR induced by inoculation of parental (A/J) spleen cells into (C57BL/6 × A)F1 hybrids is suppressed by heparin treatment of recipient mice, and splenic homing of pre-labeled parental long-lived lymphocytes is reduced. Pretreatment of donor mice with heparin does not influence graft versus host reactivity.
