Summary
We have studied the effects of AHR-1911 on the arterial pressure and capillary permeability. The AHR-1911 caused a decrease of the arterial pressure and an increase of the capillary permeability which were antagonized by antihistamine drugs and polymyxin B. AHR-1911 probably induces a liberation of endogenous histamine responsible for these effects.
