Summary
Enterosorption was induced in rabbit jejunal loops with a heat-labile enterotoxin produced by an enteropathogenic E. coli. Enterosorption was decreased by treatment with Diamox or intraluminal glucose. Furthermore, the effects of these treatments were additive.
