Abstract
Summary
It appears that vitamin B12 binders in normal rhesus monkey serum differ from human TCII in chromatographic behavior on a DEAE-cellulose column and from MPPB and TCI in molecular size, as determined by gel filtration on a Sephadex G-200 column.
Fig. 3. Radioactive profile obtained by gel filtration on Sephadex G-200 column of fraction eluted from rhesus monkey serum from DEAE-cellulose column with 0.4 M sodium phosphate buffer. Arrow indicates elution volume of TCI from normal human serum.
