Summary
Intravenous infusion of 0.5 μg/kg-min of glucagon or pure synthetic secretin into conscious dogs receiving 0.4 ml/kg-min of 150 mM NaCl caused diuresis characterized by increased volume flow with little change in electrolyte concentrations.
