Abstract
Summary
Phenylalanyl, tyrosyl, and arginyl transfer RNA profiles of normal mouse liver, HN2 sensitive and resistant strains of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells were studied employing reversed phase chromatography. Arginyl-tRNA patterns of the liver and the tumor cells were identical while some minor changes were evident with tyrosyl-tRNAs. Resistance to the HN2 was accompanied by a shift in the phenylalanyl-tRNA pattern.
