Abstract
Summary
Friend virus was shown to be invariably associated with a virus that induces lymphatic leukemia. Prior inoculation with the latter inhibited Friend virus-induced reticulum cell proliferation in the spleen, but did not interfere with Friend virus replication. This effect was most marked when the interval between inoculation of the 2 viruses was 21 days.
