Summary
A simple method for measurement of plasma renin, angiotensin concentration, and angiotensinase activity is presented, based on competition of labeled angiotensin and endogenous angiotensin for the plasma angiotensinase enzyme. Both the accuracy and sensitivity of the method are limited by the specific radioactivity of the labeled angiotensin used.
