Summary
Studies were conducted on in vitro hydrolysis of MCT and soy oil emulsified in gum arabic and Tween 80 solutions by pancreatic lipase and in vivo hydrolysis and absorption of these emulsions in normal and washed isolated sections of the small intestine of rats.
