Summary
Rous and Esh sarcoma viruses are inhibited at the 50% level by 7.4 and 5.8 μg/ml in cell cultures of chick embryo fibroblasts by α-methyl-1-adamantanemethylamine hydrocholoride as determined by an enumeration method. There was no virucidal effect at 50 μg/ml.
