Summary
Intraperitoneal inoculation of concanavalin A into tuberculin-sensitive guinea pigs at the time of skin testing markedly suppressed the delayed reaction. This effect was abolished when concanavalin A was complexed with egg albumen prior to intraperitoneal inoculation.
