Summary
No significant difference was noted between falloff of total body counts after intravenous injection of 54MnCl2 in two patients with Wilson's disease and in three control patients. From the results of this study, it appears that total body manganese turnover in Wilson's disease does not differ significantly from that of non-Wilsonian patients.
