Summary
Peptide maps of F(ab')2 fragments of anti-DNP antibody fractions differing markedly in affinity for DNP-lysine were indistinguishable, suggesting that the structural differences corresponding to the differences in affinity were located in a highly variable portion of the antibody molecule.
