Summary
The RNA isolated from Sindbis virus was annealed with RNA isoated from Newcastle disease virus (NDV). No ribonuclease-resistant hybrid was formed, indicating that these viral RNA's do not have complementary nucleotide sequences, despite complementary base compositions.
