Summary
Preliminary studies using double-isotope and electron-capture methods revealed the presence of progesterone, 20α-hydroxy-pregn-4-en-3-one, 20β-hydroxy-pregn-4-en-3-one, testosterone, and δ4-andros-tenedione in the plasma of the mature laying hen.
