Summary
The production of rubella CF antigen was studied in a cloned line of BHK21 cells cultured in monolayer or in suspension. Two antigens were demonstrated: one present in purified virus preparation and associated with the virus particle, and the second soluble and tending to appear late in the course of infection of BHK21 tissue culture.
