Summary
A method has been developed which permits the direct measurement of the splitting of the PypPu bond in DNA by endo-nucleases producing polynucleotide chains terminated in 5′-phosphates, and of the PupPy bond by endonucleases producing polynucleotide chains terminated in 3′-phosphates.
