Summary
Rapid production of IF has been demonstrated in bovine leucocyte cultures. Such production was also greater after 7 to 12 days of cultivation. Under the experimental conditions employed IF was formed before NDV multiplication. From these data obtained, the role of phagocytic cells in vivo was discussed.
