Abstract
Summary
Both guinea pig L-asparaginase and E. coli L-asparaginase, when given in sufficient doses, are effective in causing prolonged regression of intracerebral 6C3HED lymphomas actively growing in C3H mice. This suggests that further antitumor trials in other species including toxicologic experiments with larger doses appear warranted.
