Abstract
Summary
1. DOOTC demonstrated greater activity after oral administration than did MOTC, DMCT, and TC against 3 types of experimental infections in mice. DOOTC superiority after oral administration was demonstrated by a comparison of chemothera-peutic efficacy produced in 3 different dosage regimens. 2. A variety of in vitro studies, in contrast, indicated general equivalence with MOTC and DMCT but greater activity than TC and OTC.
